ThisWay is an AI technology company with customers across the globe. We have a new position open for a Marketing Internship available starting January 8th. Marketing Interns at ThisWay Global are very actively involved in the entire marketing process and will work with executive leadership to execute marketing tasks of all types.

You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media posting and management and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms
• Assist in managing company website content
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist in content creation, including blog posts, articles, and marketing collateral
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics
• Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual and in-person events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives

Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in marketing education or have previous marketing experience
• Be a fast, independent learner
• Be accountable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of computers, including MS Office, Google Suite, etc.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Initially, this may be an unpaid internship, depending on your experience and ability to learn quickly

Once you have proven your ability to keep up with the pace you will be paid on a project basis.

You will need to come to an offie in New Braunfels 2-3 times per week and the rest of your work can be virtual or you an work in our strategy office.
